The challenge
To develop a consistent look, feel and tone for
a wide-ranging variety of Yahoo! employee
communications. Projects included manager training
kits, employee recognition systems, leadership development guides, company-wide presentations
and communication guidelines.

How we addressed it
Depending on the specifics of each project, we
developed concepts that demonstrated a unified
visual language, while giving each its own unique
voice—in some cases traditional printed material,
in others, surprising twists like a boxed set of
mini-books, a series of playful postcards, or a visually
arresting, 36-inch tall flip-book.
